What a celebration! Together with our employees, we celebrated our company’s 50th anniversary in the restaurant Bleiche in Konstanz. With summery temperatures, a delicious menu, and a fantastic atmosphere, we laughed, shared stories, and cheered to many more years together.

The numerous congratulations, personal messages, and the special surprise from our team made this evening unforgettable. Moments like these show what TEKNO is made of: a strong team, authentic solidarity, and a lot of passion. Thanks to everyone who joined us and celebrated this milestone with us.

Neomedica Day took place in Mexico from February 18 to 21, 2026—a major event for medical and technological continuing education organized by Corporativo Neomedica.

Discussions with our business partners focused on the ICG VISO NIR System, which was demonstrated by our reference doctor using a device tower and in workshops across various surgical specialties.

The event concluded successfully with a live surgery on the final day at the Neomedica Private Clinic. This gave participants the opportunity to experience state-of-the-art surgical solutions directly in a clinical setting.

Tekno-Medical presented its product portfolio to an Arab and international industry professionals at the World Health Expo in Dubai, one of the leading global platforms for communication in the medical technology sector.

It was a great pleasure to meet many of our business partners and friends in person while also establishing numerous new contacts. Our customers showed great interest in our innovations, including MiLEP and XS-MiLEP systems, the new bipolar resectoscope ICG camera system, upcoming new pump solutions and our wide product range.

For many years, Tekno-Medical has established itself as a reliable full-range supplier, offering the highest level of service. We would like to thank all our partners and friends for the valuable exchange and look forward to continuing our strong and trusting collaboration.

This year’s Christmas party was held at Restaurant Ochsen in Neuhausen—featuring a truly delicious buffet that had something for everyone. Our trainees had everyone in stitches with a creative poem, instantly setting a great mood.

Of course, we couldn’t forget to honor our long-time employees—a lovely moment to say thank you. Afterward, we wrapped up the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with cocktails, good conversation, and plenty of good vibes.

Out of a strong conviction, we have been following the “donate instead of giving gifts” philosophy for years, using Christmas as an opportunity to provide support to specific causes in need.

In 2025, our donation went to Mercy Ships, an international humanitarian organization that operates modern hospital ships to provide free medical care to people in some of Africa’s poorest regions. Mercy Ships’ work includes life-changing surgeries such as tumor removals, eye surgeries, and dental care. Through these missions, thousands of people who would otherwise have no access to medical treatment receive assistance each year. Our donation is meant to help ensure that this valuable work can continue.

At our high-quality trade show booth, everything revolved round the professional exchange and the presentation of innovative technologies. Engaging directly with many long-time Tekno customers and partners, as well establishing a wide range of new contacts, made our presence at this year´s Düsseldorf trade fair a great success.

Thanks to our strong expertise and a high level of consulting competence, the Tekno sales team presented its latest product innovations, including the MiLEP and XS-MiLEP systems, new bipolar systems and upcoming new pump solutions. The trade show also provided valuable insights into current trends and future developments in medical technology.

This year’s trainee trip took us to Wilhelma—and there was plenty to discover there. From fascinating animal species and tropical plants to a few funny snapshots, we experienced it all. With the perfect mood for a day out, we were able to unwind together and simply enjoy the day.

Of course, it wasn’t just about exploring the zoo. Above all, the focus was on the shared experience: marveling together, laughing, getting and simply having a good time as a team. The outing was the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better outside of our daily work routine and create new memories together.

This year’s summer event focused on spending time together and connecting with one another. After a few exciting rounds of tennis, where competitive spirit was in full swing, we wrapped up the day with delicious burgers and high spirits.

The camaraderie among colleagues and the shared laughter made the day an unforgettable experience. It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the summer and strengthen our teamwork in a relaxed atmosphere.

Once again this year, we took part in the Career Forum and were able to give numerous students a glimpse into our career opportunities and training programs.

The exchange with motivated young talent was very rewarding and gave us the opportunity to showcase our corporate culture and the diverse opportunities we offer. Events like these provide us with valuable insights into the needs of the next generation and the chance to further refine our offerings in a more targeted way—and, above all, to attract new talents to our company.

As part of the “City Cycling – Cycling for a Better Climate” project, Tuttlingen hit the pedals hard. We at Tekno threw ourselves into the effort with full enthusiasm to promote cycling, protect the climate, and make Tuttlingen a better place to live.

The goal was to rack up as many cycling kilometers as possible—whether for work or personal use. With every distance covered, we not only improved our own fitness but also made an important contribution to protecting the environment. It’s a great initiative that we’re happy to support again next year and will be at the starting line for.

This year, our Tekno running teams gave everything they had at the Run&Fun Business Relay Race—and they did so with great success.

With team spirit, endurance, and a positive mentality, we secured 31st and 39th place among the many participating companies. A great result that demonstrates not only our athletic performance but also our cooperation and team spirit. We are proud of our achievements and are already looking forward to the next challenge.

For us, the trade show in South Africa was above all a great opportunity to engage in face-to-face conversations with our local customers and partners. This direct exchange provided us with valuable insights into the requirements and needs of the African market and demonstrated just how important close contact is for successful collaboration.

Of course, the technology was also a highlight: our creative presentation featuring a bell pepper into which the laparoscope was inserted drew particular attention. This allowed visitors to experience the system’s image quality and light intensity firsthand in a practical setting.

In addition to the tower system, we also showcased various surgical instruments such as scissors, clamps, and punches for different applications. Overall, the trade show was a complete success—featuring many interesting conversations, new contacts, and valuable insights from the international exchange.

The trade show brought together numerous manufacturers, specialty retailers, doctors, and medical institutions from different countries and, above all, provided a valuable opportunity for face-to-face interaction with business partners, customers, and trade visitors.

The focus was on establishing new contacts, strengthening existing business relationships, and discussing current requirements and developments in the medical field. In addition, innovative technologies, surgical solutions, and modern concepts for safe and patient-centered medical care were presented.

The event thus provided an excellent opportunity to establish new international contacts, deepen existing relationships, and foster direct interaction with customers and business partners.

The trade show in Monterrey, Mexico, provided us with an excellent opportunity to meet our business partners in person, further strengthen existing customer relationships, and establish new contacts. Direct interaction with customers, partners, and trade visitors was a key focus, leading to valuable discussions about current needs and developments in the medical field.

As a major gathering place for specialists, residents, and researchers, the event also provided a space for professional exchange and personal interactions. In this context, we presented, among other things, our NexoCam camera system as well as solutions for bipolar resection and enucleation.

The trade show once again demonstrated how important personal contact is for successful collaboration, the exchange of experiences, and the cultivation of long-term business relationships.

In May 2021 our company Tekno-Medical participated in the China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) and proudly presented the product range as well as all innovations to the Asia-Pacific and international professional audience. Since the launch in 1979, CMEF has become one of the largest fairs for medical devices in the Asian-Pacific region and is now moving forward with a Corona re-start.

More than 4,000 reowned exhibitors from over 28 countries demonstrated their new products and services for the medical technology industry. With approximately 111,000 visitors from numerous countries, CMEF is a major international trade fair for the entire medical sector. Tekno-Medical took the opportunity to maintain existing business relationships and to establish new contacts. We are looking forward to participate next year and, above all, to being able to present our new products personally.

Due to all our activities for the special protection of employees and customers, Tekno-Medical receives the certificate "certified company with regard to "SARS-CoV-2 health and safety standard" according to the guidelines of the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). This certificate evidences all technical, organisational and personal safety precautions by COVID 19 such as workplace design, sanitary and break rooms, ventilation, home office, business trips, meetings, safety distances, work equipment and tools, access to the premises, protective equipment and disinfection, occupational health care and protection of vulnerable persons.

Tekno-Medical has implemented all the protective precautions and safety determinations that have arisen from Corona in our daily professional life. All employees are provided with appropriate equipment and all other measures to protect you and us are implemented. Tekno-Medical is therefore well and far-sightedly prepared for the current and upcoming situation. All departments such as production, picking, sales and customer service, the back office with quality management, product management and project management are fully staffed. Tekno-Medical supports you optimally and 100 % service-oriented as usual.

In autumn 2019, the international trade fair for medical devices, services and equipment for healthcare took place in Argentina, which has established itself as the largest trade fair in the spanish-speaking area and the most important meeting place for the industry. For the first time, Tekno Medical successfully presented the comprehensive product portfolio as well as all innovations and took advantage of the opportunity to maintain relationships to existing business partners and to establish new contacts.

More than 200 well-known exhibitors from all over the South American region presented their new products and services for the medical technology industry. With about 15,000 visitors, over 90 seminars and 300 speakers, ExpoMEDICAL is an important international trade fair for the entire Spanish-speaking world.

We are looking forward to participate next year again and even more to present our new products to you personally.
